The house was clean and really well stocked with everything we needed and more. The two upstairs bedrooms were small but functional. The bunkbed room on the main floor had good separation from the common areas. The house was centrally located and street parking was easy. It is near a busy street with a trolly that passes by frequently, with loud dings. I put the provided ear plugs to use. There was a locked door that presumably led to the basement where a separate tenant lives. We could hear them sometimes when in the living room, but it wasn't a bit deal. The kids were excited about the arcade machine upstairs. Overall we had a great stay and would be happy to stay there again.

The house was exactly what was described in the listing. There was so much to do at the house that we could’ve just stayed there the whole time during our vacation…. The whole family had a great time- the amazing because there was 12 with the ages ranging from 2-64 years old 😊

The perfect location so close to Disney. My family of 7 enjoyed the pool at the home as well as the water park near the house that was included in the stay. The home theater was the highlight after a long day at Disney to chill and relax. The neighborhood was quite and peaceful. We had all the amenities that we needed and the host was so nice and stayed in touch. We will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this home for other families to enjoy. 100% fantastic!!!

We had a great stay at Ryan and Liz’s place. It was extremely clean and very well stocked. We had everything we needed and more. They were also very accommodating and helpful. We would definitely recommend their home and would book again.

I have nothing bad to say about our stay! It was wonderful, clean, and the children loved all the activities in the home and at the amenities. One of the games had a button pushed down but the machine still worked. It was clean and quiet. All our children are asking to visit again.

We had an amazing stay at this vacation home! The house was spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained, making it feel both luxurious and comfortable. My family truly felt at home, and the amenities were perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool was a highlight and created the perfect space for the family to come together, while the spacious layout also allowed everyone to enjoy their own quiet time. Every room was beautifully decorated and contributed to the welcoming environment. The team was also very responsive and helpful whenever we reached out. We would absolutely love to vacation here again and highly recommend this home to others!

This place is beyond great! From the moment my family walked in we felt right at home. The first thing we noticed right out of the gate is that this home was nice and cool. This was amazing since it was so hot outside! The beds are extremely comfortable and the bedding makes you feel right at home. The bathrooms are very modern, spacious and very clean . All of the furniture was very thoughtfully selected and not the cheap rickety stuff that you see in many Airbnb‘s in popular tourist spots. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and very well organized. There was so much intention that went into creating the space to ensure that everybody feels at home and if I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. I will absolutely be reserving this Airbnb in the future! Something else that I love about this location is that it was not in a high traffic area, but was still very close to all of the major attractions The hosts are wonderful people who are very responsive and kind!

Excellent home for Disney/Orlando. The house is in a great location, easy to drive to all the parks. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The community itself feels very safe. The resort pool looked great but the pool/spa at the house was all we needed. I highly recommend this home, beds are cozy, community is quiet and there is plenty of room in the house to spread out with a big family. Check-in was easy and the host is responsive with any questions. 10 out of 10!
