This house was just as listed. Clean and lots of amenities. The private pool was great and the house had plenty of room for all to have our own space. All rooms had tv’s, walking distance to playground and public pool. The neighborhood was great.

Stayed at Ryan & Liz’s place for my daughter’s sweet 16. The house was perfect for the celebration with the themed rooms upstairs, the theater room, and the pool. Between the house and the resort amenities, there was so much to keep the kids busy. It was also very close to groceries stores, restaurants, and Starbucks (all within a 5-10 min drive) as well as Disney’s Boardwalk (20-25 min drive) where my daughter decided to take birthday pics. My daughter had the best birthday weekend here!

We had such a great experience. The house was the perfect size and between the pool and gaming room we made the most of our down time when we got back from Universal. Would definitely book again and recommend anyone to stay!!!!!

We had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared, from the fresh linens to the fully stocked kitchen. It was clear the host pays attention to the details. The location was perfect — close enough to everything we needed, but still quiet and relaxing. Check-in was simple and seamless, and communication with the host was quick and helpful throughout our stay. The space itself was cozy yet spacious, and we immediately felt at home. Whether you’re staying for a quick trip or a longer visit, this place has everything you need. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free, comfortable stay. 10/10 experience.

We enjoyed our stay. A few minor hiccups, beyond the hosts control, occurred and they dealt with them promptly and satisfactorily, which was appreciated. We enjoyed the theatre room and pool, plenty of space, and the location was great for access to day trips and airport. Liz and Ryan provided recommendations for local grocery delivery to our door; highly recommend the service to spend time making memories instead of grocery shopping. Great trip, great place, great hosts. We would return in the future.

Ryan and Liz were great hosts! Responsive to questions prior to arrival and during. The home is exactly as described. Beds are incredibly comfortable too with theming in the upstairs kids rooms. The theater was a highlight of the property. We watched the new episodes of Strangers things like we were at the movies. So much fun! The gaming system looked like it would be a gamers dream spot. We didn’t utilize it, but I’m sure if that was something you enjoyed, you would love it. The best feature for us was the pool area. We thoroughly enjoyed both the pool and spa. We had 80s to 40s for our weather swing and the pool heater was absolutely perfect. We went in the spa at the end of the night when it was cold and we were steamed and warm in the water. The pool was very clean also, which was important to me. Definitely would recommend this property to any family. Distance to Disney and local attractions was a very close drive. A midday break was easy to take. Thank you for a great stay!
