There is a pet fee of $50 per pet to cover the cost of an extra deep clean after your departure. This ensures the home is completely allergen-free for the next guests, as some people can be allergic to pets. • No smoking on the property ($1500 fee assessed if found to be smoking) • Please be respectful of the neighbors (no parties and quiet hours from 10pm-6am) • We respond immediately to guest inquiries before and during your stay, so please contact us if anything at the house needs our attention
