Grill use is available for $50 per stay
Other Details to Note
Please note that each home is only allowed 3 cars into the neighborhood. We have 2 parking spaces in the driveway and the 3rd spot is in the apron of the driveway, parallel to the street. A 4th car may be allowed in on a space available basis but that requires neighborhood permission ahead of time and may or may not be approved so please reach out to us if you need a 4th vehicle. We will provide a starter set of supplies but if you have a long stay you may need to make a run to the conveniently located Walmart down the street. Property has external video doorbell on front porch.
