We stayed for six nights. This is the first time we’ve chosen a vacation rental versus staying on Disney property in years, and we don’t regret it at all. The champions gate location was great and we felt safe. It wasn’t too far from the parks… Maybe about 20–25 minutes but that was to get from our door to the Disney parking pay gate. And a fun perk – this rental location is within delivery distance for many of the companies that rent out scooters and strollers, and we were able to do that. Our stay here was super fun. We liked the cozy atmosphere with the relaxing color palette of the entire home. We especially appreciated that the home wasn’t cluttered with decorations. We also enjoyed thoughtful details such as a princess dress up room for little ones and a separate toddler playroom downstairs. The beds were firm but comfortable. :) Some fun bonuses were the reverse osmosis water spigot in the kitchen, and the dual hoop basketball game in the garage converted game room.

Huge space for my family & I. Especially for the kids. They loved it definitely was not ready to leave. Clean & spacious. Picture exactly spot on. Communication top tier never had to reach out first very professional & proactive

First off I want to say Mr.Ryan was very attentive and communicated very well with anything we needed. The house was beautiful, clean and spacious. My 4 year old niece loved the Disney themed dress up cloths and the little play room. My oldest niece’s and nephews enjoyed the theater, the pool and game room. The beds were comfortable and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay there again. The place was very kid friendly and I loved that.
