Just a straight shot down Hwy-89 from House Rock Valley Rd and The Wave. Sleeps 20! This listing includes two units side by side for a total of 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 20 guests. Cosmic Retreat - 4br main cabin with arcade. Cosmic Casita - 2br casita. Plenty of parking for trailers, RVs, and all your toys!

Enjoy world class starry night skies just 7 miles from downtown Kanab. Zion - 1 hr Bryce - 1.5 hrs Grand Canyon North Rim - 1.25 hr Lake Powell/Antelope Canyon/Horseshoe Bend - 1.25 hr Enjoy a hike during the day and then relax at night while the kids play in the arcade or on one of the game consoles. Tastefully decorated with my own Fine Art Photography prints of the area. The property is 3 acres and contains a larger cabin, and a 2br Casita, separated by a garage in between. Please note that garage access is typically not included as we use that for storing cleaning supplies, but arrangements can be made for use if you contact me. Pets are allowed but require an additional $70 fee per pet for cleaning. Please Let me know after booking if you are planning on bringing your pet along! Cabin has an external video doorbell. We had a fantastic stay! The place was beautiful and fut our large group comfortably. The kids and teens loved the game room and the kitchen area was large and well stocked. Ryan was very responsive and the check out instructions were very reasonable. There's a smaller cabin attached to the main cabin and this was perfect for a family in our group who needed a quieter place for their small children to sleep. It was very close to a number of hikes we came to Kanab to do. I highly recommend this location!

Our employees were down there for work, and this home was absolutely a home away from home and then some! Beautiful home! Great location! The host was very responsive and helpful! Everything was just as described and listed!! If, or should I say when, we are back down there for work I will definitely be looking for our employees to stay here again!

Ryan’s place was a great place to stay at for my family. It is a great in between for Bryce Canyon/Page/Zion. We only used the main house but the entire lot is great for a big family. We didn’t spend much time in the basement where all the fun arcade games are but its a perfect place to spend some fun time. Our trip unfortunately was cut short but if we were to visit again Ryan’s place is the place to stay.

Absolutely loved the house! Close but not too close to town, also center of a few national parks. We spent most of our time at the house enjoying the rocking chairs outside or playing in the game room. Our family of 16 fight comfortably and I would highly recommend to anyone!

Went to Kanab with a group of friends for a weekend to do some side X side riding this home was big enough for all 10 of us. Check in was easy and host communicated well
