-Pool heating is recommended during the cooler months (October–April) to keep the water at a comfortable temperature. -For safety purposes, the property has EXTERIOR CAMERAS ONLY. One Ring doorbell camera faces the front street/driveway area, one camera monitors the pool equipment area (NOT directed at the pool itself), and there is one camera on each side of the home. Cameras remain active during reservations. There are absolutely NO CAMERAS INSIDE THE HOME. Blocking or tampering with cameras is prohibited and fines may apply. -Pool heat is available for $35/day and needs to be added for the full stay. -Grill use is $35 per stay. -Absolutely no parties or events are allowed. -Quiet hours start at 10 PM. -The home is professionally cleaned before every stay. -We provide a starter supply of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and dish soap. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional toiletries and consumables as needed. -Items left behind: A $75 service fee applies for retrieving, packaging, and shipping items left behind. Additional shipping costs may apply for oversized items or higher shipping rates. Retrieval may be delayed if the property is occupied or has an upcoming reservation.
