Other Details to Note
The pool/spa will be heated for you at no additional charge. What you pay for your booking is what you pay, we don't believe in nickel and diming! Guests are welcome to use any leftover propane but we do not stock propane. If the tank is empty or runs out we just ask that you swap it out at a local nearby store which usually costs around $20. Please note this is a gated community and the HOA no longer permits towed trailers in the neighborhood, so if you have a trailer you will need to make arrangements to store that somewhere off-site during your stay. Air hockey is no longer available and has been replaced by a Pool Table.

The retreat at Champions Gate is a gated community providing world class amenities. The resort has three pools, a lazy river, waterslide, tiki bar and full service restaurant, air conditioned private cabanas (extra charge), two Greg Norman championship golf courses, volleyball courts, a movie theater, all kinds of events, and so much more! As a renter of our home you have access to all of this!
