Other Details to Note

The pool/spa will be heated for you at no additional charge. What you pay for your booking is what you pay, we don't believe in nickel and diming! Guests are welcome to use any leftover propane but we do not stock propane. If the tank is empty or runs out we just ask that you swap it out at a local nearby store which usually costs around $20. Please note this is a gated community and the HOA no longer permits towed trailers in the neighborhood, so if you have a trailer you will need to make arrangements to store that somewhere off-site during your stay. Air hockey is no longer available and has been replaced by a Pool Table.

The retreat at Champions Gate is a gated community providing world class amenities. The resort has three pools, a lazy river, waterslide, tiki bar and full service restaurant, air conditioned private cabanas (extra charge), two Greg Norman championship golf courses, volleyball courts, a movie theater, all kinds of events, and so much more! As a renter of our home you have access to all of this!

Our family enjoyed our stay! Kids absolutely loved the pool & game room. Ryan had clear communication & was a great host. House was very clean, comfortable & quiet! We also had so much fun at The Clubhouse. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Ryan was a fantastic host. The house exceeded all expectations and was better than we hoped for. We hope to stay here again in the future as it fit our family’s needs perfectly. I cannot praise Ryan enough for his communication skills and helpfulness in preparation for our stay, during our stay, and after, especially giving clear instructions. The neighborhood was great and we really have nothing negative to say. This place is the real deal. We had no issues whatsoever and couldn’t be happier. We would recommend Ryan and this place without a moment’s hesitation and look forward to returning in the (hopefully) not too distant future.

Great hosts! This home easily accommodated our large group. Located in a gated community and just 20-25 minutes from the parks we visited. The home looks just like the photos, and everything is well taken care of. Highly recommend!

As a family of 16, my parents, brother and sister and their partners and our 8 kids between us we wanted a home from home to enjoy a holiday of a lifetime to create memories together. This beautiful home didn't disappoint. we had more than enough space to socialise together and also hide away for thise quiet moments after a long day at the parks. Every room in the villa was stunning, comfortable and immaculately laid out. The kitchen was perfect with everything we needed to prepare meals and store snacks. We all loved the games room and swimming pool areas and these were a real hub of activity for our family. The resort is stunning also and we highly recommend spending a day at the clubhouse and pool areas. We wouldn't hesitate to return and will most certainly be planning to, hopefully in the not to distant future. Thank you Ryan for sharing your beautiful holiday home in Orlando. 🇺🇲♥️

We stayed here with extended family for a trip to Disney and Universal. The kids loved the arcade and theme bedrooms. The amount of space was phenomenal for the price. It was so much more affordable than staying at the resorts and had plenty of room for 7 adults and 6 kids. The pool in the backyard was a great addition. We spent the last day of the trip just relaxing in the house after the parks and couldn't have found a better place. Everything was clean and there were plenty of dishes and utensils in the kitchen for cooking big meals. When we needed something Ryan responded and addressed it immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a large (36 people) group of family staying here. There was lots of space for air mattresses throughout the house. The pool was a huge hit everyday. We cooked daily and there was plenty of space in the kitchen. Like any place, there were a few minor issues that someone came out to fox the 2nd day. We had day guests 2 separate days and they added them to the list to gain access to the community within 30 minutes of requesting them. Quick response, super helpful, great home!!! We would love to stay again.
