Other Details to Note

Please note that each home is only allowed 3 cars into the neighborhood, and we only have 3 parking spaces. A 4th car may be allowed in on a space available basis but that requires neighborhood permission ahead of time and may or may not be approved so please reach out to us if you need a 4th vehicle. We will provide a starter set of supplies but if you have a long stay you may need to make a run to the conveniently located grocery store down the street.

Our whole family had a wonderful time staying at the house. There was plenty of room for everyone. The grandkids loved their character rooms and the pool was a huge hit. It was very convenient having the Walmart a mile down the road. The house had everything we needed to make meals at home. We cooked several meals on the gas grill. We only had a 20 to 30 minute drive to Universal. Ryan and Liz were great hosts and very prompt at answering all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

We have just returned for a great two week stayat the villa. It is in a lovely secure neighbourhood with 2 supermarkets and restaurants within a short drive (5 mins). The kids bedrooms were just as pictured and the rooms were lovely for all 10 of us. We used the clubhouse pool a few times. You do need to get wristbands to enter but it’s a nice change of scenery and lots of fun for the kids. The villa is well stocked for your stay and we had a travel cot and playpen. The pool safety fence was a definate plus. Ryan and Liz are great hosts who answer any questions and provide advice. We would come back again.

We have stayed here two straight years and have already booked it for next year. Never have to worry if it’s clean, always in great condition. Only 15 minutes to Disney. Hosts are great and always reachable

We had a great stay. House easily accommodated our group of 8 and the kids loved the themed bedrooms! Windsor Hills is a lovely resort and the main pool stayed warm despite the chilly temps while we were visiting. The host made recommendations on stroller rentals which worked out very easily for us and was much appreciated. Overall, a great stay and we would definitely come back!

The home was just as described and portrayed in photos. Very secure community, close to Disney, two theme bedrooms for kids, great game room, nice starter kit of accessories, stocked kitchen, pool was warm, hot tub warmer when jets turned on, very good instruction for arrival, check-in, wifi, etc. Overall, a great stay.

The stay was everything and more for our family’s first Disney trip. Our girls loved going to bed in the Moana themed room and loved ending the day in the heated pool. We would 1000% recommend staying here!
