Other Details to Note

Please note that each home is only allowed 3 cars into the neighborhood, and we only have 3 parking spaces. A 4th car may be allowed in on a space available basis but that requires neighborhood permission ahead of time and may or may not be approved so please reach out to us if you need a 4th vehicle. We will provide a starter set of supplies but if you have a long stay you may need to make a run to the conveniently located grocery store down the street.

This place is beautiful and beyond perfect for your next family vacation. They had everything we could need from pack n plays, extra blankets, towels, games and pool toys. They made our vacation go so smoothly! I can’t wait to vacation with them again

Ryan & Liz's place was great! We were about 15-25 minute drive to all Disney parks. The neighborhood was well-maintained and close to a Walmart and other stores to grab any essentials. Easy to access the property, hosts were very responsive and provided pack n play and height chairs for the little ones! Would recommend staying here for a large group who plans to visit the disney parks and stay off-property. Lots of room and bedrooms to spread out!

our stay at Ryan and Elizabeth place was awesome. they were very responsive and prompt. The house looked just like the pictures. My favorite was the kitchen. it was very well stocked with everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable. my granddaughter especially loved the bunk beds. The pool was clean. Also everything was very close, walmart, restaurants and fun things. Ryan was receptive with the suggestion of investing in more towels and pool sticks. I would definitely book again.

It was super close to the parks and Walmart was right down the road. My kids LOVED the medieval playground and the pool. The Moana room was a big hit. My daughter (on the way to Disney) said she wanted to go back to her Moana room 🤦‍♀️😂. We had a great time! If you need ice, make sure to grab some right down the street at Wally World. If you have kids, they have a convenient high chair, pack n plays, and a pool fence. The pool fence does have a bit of a gap so I would be EXTREMELY diligent with those babies. A wonderful time was had!

Very glad that we picked the spot for our family trip to Orlando! It was close to everything and easy to navigate. The host was extremely responsive whenever we had questions. I’ll definitely consider this for the next time we come.
