My family of 6 and I stayed at Ryan’s place on August 8 - 11. We had an amazing stay in his place. Everything was clean and just like the pictures. We had a good time in the little porch and pool, you thing is small but it was perfect for us and it look so cute in the patio. Even though is a town house you had a lot of space for you family. One thing I like is they have 4 fan in case you are hot during your stay. The hostess are really responsive though massage . There wasn’t a massage they didn’t answer. I’m really thankfull to them for keep a package safe, it was my mistake sending the wrong item there, but they get and save it for my arrival. We enjoy the club house, although is little to crowed for my likeness, they have a lot of activities for the kids, pools seem clean and they have a bar with nice drinks and food. ONE THING I LOVED is they have a security and lifeguard in the kiddie pool/park and the slide. I haven’t seen this in any other place like Champios gate

As a family of 16, my parents, brother and sister and their partners and our 8 kids between us we wanted a home from home to enjoy a holiday of a lifetime to create memories together. This beautiful home didn't disappoint. we had more than enough space to socialise together and also hide away for thise quiet moments after a long day at the parks. Every room in the villa was stunning, comfortable and immaculately laid out. The kitchen was perfect with everything we needed to prepare meals and store snacks. We all loved the games room and swimming pool areas and these were a real hub of activity for our family. The resort is stunning also and we highly recommend spending a day at the clubhouse and pool areas. We wouldn't hesitate to return and will most certainly be planning to, hopefully in the not to distant future. Thank you Ryan for sharing your beautiful holiday home in Orlando. 🇺🇲♥️

house was great. Plenty of rooms for everyone. Kids enjoyed the pool, theater room and arcade games. my favorite part was the soft bed that accepted me as its own after a long day at Disney (which wasn't a far drive). The Oasis Club had tons of amenities, though we only used the pool. The only down side was a broken Recliner in the front room and theater room. Ryan responded quickly, tho it didnt hinder our stay I do hope they're fixed or replaced for the next family. We would absolutely stay again.

We stayed here as a family of 8 and had a great time. The space was perfect for our group, with fun, themed bedrooms the kids loved. The hosts were good communicators, making the booking and stay easy. The pool area is pretty private and the complex amenities, including the main pool, gym, restaurant, and FlowRider were great. Some of the furniture and walls showed a bit of wear and tear, and the furnishings are a little dated, but overall it was a great base for our trip to Disney and Universal.

We stayed here with extended family for a trip to Disney and Universal. The kids loved the arcade and theme bedrooms. The amount of space was phenomenal for the price. It was so much more affordable than staying at the resorts and had plenty of room for 7 adults and 6 kids. The pool in the backyard was a great addition. We spent the last day of the trip just relaxing in the house after the parks and couldn't have found a better place. Everything was clean and there were plenty of dishes and utensils in the kitchen for cooking big meals. When we needed something Ryan responded and addressed it immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a large (36 people) group of family staying here. There was lots of space for air mattresses throughout the house. The pool was a huge hit everyday. We cooked daily and there was plenty of space in the kitchen. Like any place, there were a few minor issues that someone came out to fox the 2nd day. We had day guests 2 separate days and they added them to the list to gain access to the community within 30 minutes of requesting them. Quick response, super helpful, great home!!! We would love to stay again.

Everything was perfect!! The house was so clean, fully stocked with towels, soaps, shower shampoo/conditioner/body wash, full kitchen supplies, the pool was so clean and very well maintained, the washer and dryer was a huge plus! The hosts had fantastic communication with us the whole time. The included amenities were great! I don’t have anything negative to say about our experience! This was a perfect vacation and I’d love to stay here again!
