The stay here was great! We had a family of 14 members join us in our stay. There was plenty of rooms, with rooms to spare. The kids loved the themed rooms, including the adults. The house was just as described in the profile. You can’t go wrong with staying here. It was also a convenient location from all the themed parks.

Ryan and Liz we're fantastic to work with during our travel. Their home was beautiful and just as described in the listing. We all enjoyed the game room and theatre in the home. It definitely got a little competitive with Galaga!! Their home had easy access to the theme parks and walkable to clubhouse for lunch and dinner. I will definitely rent from them again on our next visit to Orlando.

It was super close to the parks and Walmart was right down the road. My kids LOVED the medieval playground and the pool. The Moana room was a big hit. My daughter (on the way to Disney) said she wanted to go back to her Moana room 🤦♀️😂. We had a great time! If you need ice, make sure to grab some right down the street at Wally World. If you have kids, they have a convenient high chair, pack n plays, and a pool fence. The pool fence does have a bit of a gap so I would be EXTREMELY diligent with those babies. A wonderful time was had!

Amazing stay! The property was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a perfect trip. The host was super accommodating and made everything so easy for us. We felt right at home and definitely plan to come back!

Ryan’s place was a great place to stay at for my family. It is a great in between for Bryce Canyon/Page/Zion. We only used the main house but the entire lot is great for a big family. We didn’t spend much time in the basement where all the fun arcade games are but its a perfect place to spend some fun time. Our trip unfortunately was cut short but if we were to visit again Ryan’s place is the place to stay.

We stayed for six nights. This is the first time we’ve chosen a vacation rental versus staying on Disney property in years, and we don’t regret it at all. The champions gate location was great and we felt safe. It wasn’t too far from the parks… Maybe about 20–25 minutes but that was to get from our door to the Disney parking pay gate. And a fun perk – this rental location is within delivery distance for many of the companies that rent out scooters and strollers, and we were able to do that.
Our stay here was super fun. We liked the cozy atmosphere with the relaxing color palette of the entire home. We especially appreciated that the home wasn’t cluttered with decorations. We also enjoyed thoughtful details such as a princess dress up room for little ones and a separate toddler playroom downstairs. The beds were firm but comfortable. :) Some fun bonuses were the reverse osmosis water spigot in the kitchen, and the dual hoop basketball game in the garage converted game room.

Our family enjoyed our stay! Kids absolutely loved the pool & game room. Ryan had clear communication & was a great host. House was very clean, comfortable & quiet! We also had so much fun at The Clubhouse. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Very glad that we picked the spot for our family trip to Orlando! It was close to everything and easy to navigate. The host was extremely responsive whenever we had questions. I’ll definitely consider this for the next time we come.

Located 12 minutes from the Disney parks. Great neighborhood and beautiful community. Our host Anne Marie was very attentive and helpful. We loved the home. Immaculately clean and stocked with all the little things you may need. Will absolutely be renting from her again.

Welcoming and cozy. Ryan, our host, truly exceeded our expectations; he was incredibly attentive and ensured that all our needs were met. Whenever we had any questions or concerns, he addressed them right away, demonstrating his commitment to our comfort. The location was also perfect, offering beautiful views and easy access to nearby attractions. We had such a wonderful experience that we are already looking forward to our next stay at this fantastic house! 🙂
